The company was founded in 2010 by director and licensed speech pathologist, Thelma Garcia Long. Thelma has extensive experience in the diagnosis and intervention of children with a variety of communication disorders. She and her team are passionate about working with young children and their families. From personalized therapy to specialized programs, they are here to help you in achieving your child's communication goals.

We Come to You

If you live in San Diego County, Beyond Words, Inc will come to you! We offer in-home visits, or will go to your child’s preschool or head start program. Beyond Words will also work directly with school districts, insurance clients, and regional centers.
